Firstly, here is my vision card for nothing:
My favourite parts are the Japanese writing and the purple elephant. I'm not sure why all of these things evoke the feeling of nothing for me, but I figure that isn't something I need to examine too closely.
I have only just finished the Nothing chapter, so I've really only tried the process of doing "nothing" once, which was today. I haven't had the greatest of luck with previous still meditation so I chose the busy activity, which was cutting out hearts for an art project. It was very steadying, very peaceful just to be in that moment, with those hearts and just let the thoughts come and go. I will definitely be trying more nothing this coming week.
I have the week off from work (yay!) so I'll combine Truth and Nothing and see how it goes. I think I'll be doing a lot of art work this week so we'll see how the themes play out.
Happy Truth week everyone!

I love your vision card because you chose and created what appealed to you -- without asking yourself why those pieces felt "right". That's brilliant!! I love that you don't even need to know "why". That's even more brilliant!
I also love that you chose the method of nothing for yourself that you knew would work best. You knew you were not geared to still meditation so you chose the activity. I love that you know yourself and don't push to do something that you know won't work for you, therefore you don't feel that you aren't good enough. This is such a healthy way to be!
I love cutting things out as well, and while the still meditation worked for me, I think this week I am going to do activity for my nothing. It's wonderful to have options!!
Looking forward to moving through truth with you this week. With your approach to nothing, I look forward to seeing how you handle truth!
your vision card is absolutely lovely! it is so beautiful. for me, once i got the hang of nothing, it became a lot easier and now i need it. good luck on your journey. looking forward to the truth :)
I find it interesting to see all the different ways we all perceive nothing! Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment too on my blog!
Your vision card is intriguing. Keep us posted on what you learn from it. Thanks for stopping by my blog:)
Hello Beautiful Witch,
your card was gorgeous, I also loved the colours. I love elephant and see how it could be part of silence and strength!
The nothing part is difficult but also the most rewarding in the long run, I also found this process quite difficult, but everyone finds their way to still their mind, I might try a bath tonight!
Thanks for visiting, Angie:)
Congrats to allowing yourself to find your own way to experience nothingness... it sounds like you had a great beginning.. hope you've had a fruitful week!
